Instant Pot Deviled Eggs for Easter (Fast, Easy and Always a Hit!)
If there’s one thing that’s always gone first at Easter brunch… it’s the deviled eggs. 😍
And with the Instant Pot? They’re easier than ever to make—no more fighting with the shells!
This recipe is creamy, simple, and crowd-pleasing—and I’ll even give you some fun ways to customize them for your Easter table! 💐
Ingredients You'll Need 🛒
6 large eggs
2–3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp yellow mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika (for topping)
Optional: chives, bacon bits, pickle relish, or sriracha for extra flair!
Instructions
Cook the Eggs:
Place 1 cup of water in your Instant Pot.
Add eggs to a trivet or egg rack.
Set to Manual/Pressure Cook for 5 minutes.
Let it natural release for 5 minutes, then do a quick release.
Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes (or just run under cold water until you can handle them).
Peel & Slice:
Peel the eggs (lightly crack the egg all the way around, then gently roll the egg against the palm of your hand and your counter, start peeling under the “skin” and they’ll slide right out of the shell!).
Slice in half and scoop yolks into a bowl.
Make the Filling:
Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites.
Top & Serve:
Sprinkle with paprika and your favorite toppings.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve!
🐣 Easter Variations:
Add a few drops of natural food coloring to dye the egg whites pastel colors.
Mix in a little pickle juice for a tangy twist.
Top with mini pieces of crispy bacon or finely chopped herbs for a pop of flavor.
✨ Make-Ahead Tip:
You can make these up to 2 days in advance—just store the whites and filling separately, then assemble before serving!
