Let me introduce to you, Ever-Pretty. This online shop has been in business for over 10 years (and why am I just finding out about them now? LOL) They reached out and asked if I would give an honest review of a couple of their dresses and I absolutely said YES! I was so excited, stalking the daily mail and deliveries until they finally arrived.

Plus Size Deep V Neck Lace Bodice Long Flowy Evening Dress

This first dress is full length in this amazing grape purple color. Oh my gosh! Okay, it has a really cool flutter sleeve in this flowy, nice material. The price point on these dresses is AMAZING for the quality. This is such a lovely dress. It's structured very well. The fabric is comfortable as far as formal dresses are concerned (I felt like dancing could actually be an option in this…woah!) Here's the thing, though. You REALLY need to pay attention to the measurements and not just thinking what size you normally would wear and going with it because I thought I actually was ordering up. This is a 22 and it is tight. I definitely think I should've ordered the 24 because you can see in the back--I mean, this puppy just barely zipped up. Even with it being tight, I still feel like I could go out and cut a rug. I don't super love the deep plunging neckline part and if I ordered a bigger size, it would just get droopier, so I don't know about that situation. It’s probably fine, I’m just super modest when it comes to cleavage. It has a cute little tie and the length goes all the way down to the floor. I'm on the short side and it's definitely long. Again, in the bigger size, I think it would get really long. Overall, I'm super impressed!

Next up from Ever Pretty is this blue--oh my gosh, how pretty is this dress? It has a lace overlay on the top. The first thing I noticed is the bra situation. I guess you have to wear a strapless bra (which does not sound appealing to me) . It has a band around the waist, which is a little stretchy, but these dresses do run on the small side. Make sure you read the measurements. I say on the small side for US sizing. This is a 22. I would normally pick a 20, so I thought I ordered up already, but I definitely could've tried on the 24. The neckline probably would get really saggy in the 24. This is a typical issue I have in needing the extra width in the midsection (hello apple shape), but then becoming too loose in the bustline (not all plus size women are bigger on top). I was able to get it zipped, though, barely. And so it has tulle over top of a polyester type material for the bottom, but it’s on the softer side (versus scratchy, hot polyester). These dresses are so well made for the price point; I just can’t say that enough. I absolutely love this company and how they make these dresses so affordable, but they're so nicely structured. Beautiful!

Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Ever-Pretty for plus size formal wear. I am soooooo impressed! It was so fun to try these dresses on and step away from my normal everyday mom clothes.
